The detached house in the 1970s development will be extended with a two-storey extension replacing the original garage attached at the side. At first floor there will be two new bedrooms, while the two smallest bedrooms in the house will be converted: one into a new family bathroom, the other incorporated into the present master bedroom with a dressing room added.

All windows will be replaced by new composite windows and large triple sliding doors will connect visually the ground floor with the rear garden. The door to the new, open-plan kitchen/ dining area will be removed and the opening expanded. The greenery of the garden will be seen as soon as you enter the house - beyond a new, open-plan kitchen/ dining.

The front living room will be the place for quiet winter evenings where family would gather around fire and TV. All rooms will have ample built-in storage.

Long close, extension and remodelling of detached house.
